From April 29th 2016 if you are selling or leasing your property with a pool located on it you will require a Swimming Pool Compliance Certificate
All our Swimming Pool Compliance Inspection Reports are issued and comply with the Swimming Pools Act 1992, the required Regulation and Australian Standard for the pool being inspected.
The report povides detailed information on the pool fencing, the surrounding areas, adjoining buildings, including doors and windows accessing the pool enclosure, surrounding landscaping, structures and furniture. The report includes photographs of the pool and pool enclosure area and any areas of concern.
Note:- If your pool fails the Swimming Pool Compliance Inspection, we will supply you with a detailed report of the items that are non-compliant assessed with the appropriate Regulations and Standards. You will be advised on what you need to do to help rectify the non-compliances.
These non-compliances need to be completed within 6 weeks after the date of the inspection or a 22E non-compliance notice will be issued and a copy of the notice forwarded to the local council.
